- identify which exact rail or prerequisite is missing
- fix that exact issue before retrying the product flow
I made a deposit, but the status still looks delayed
Deposit lifecycle visibility depends on the route. A delayed status view does not automatically mean the transfer failed.
What to do:
- confirm you funded the correct rail
- allow time for bridge or route settlement
- check whether the target product is waiting on readiness after funding, not only on the transfer itself
I see a recovery or restriction prompt after trading
Check whether PredictDog is asking you to restore a specific settlement rail for a previous fee obligation rather than asking for a brand new deposit.

- read the named settlement rail carefully
- do not assume any positive balance elsewhere will solve it
- restore the exact required rail first
Telegram is more limited than web for this feature
That is often expected. Use web for the fuller account view, especially when the issue involves setup, funding, or detailed portfolio context.
My trade amount or MAX amount is smaller than expected
PredictDog can reserve balance for fees instead of treating the full visible balance as freely spendable.
What to do:
- treat the displayed maximum as a fee-aware limit
- reduce the requested size if needed
- confirm the correct settlement rail is funded
I am not sure whether a problem is about login, readiness, or funding
Use this order:
- can I access my account?
- does the product say the wallet or venue is ready?
- is the correct funding rail available?
Separating those questions usually reveals the real issue quickly.
