FAQ

Do I need a browser wallet extension?

No. PredictDog is designed around built-in account and wallet flows for the main product experience.

Should I start on web or Telegram?

Most new users should start on web, then use Telegram as the faster companion surface afterward.

Why can I browse something but not trade it yet?

Browsing and trading readiness are not the same thing. The target product may still need funding, approvals, or a venue-specific readiness step.

Why does a fee or recovery prompt appear after a trade?

Some PredictDog products use a later fee-settlement step after the main execution succeeds. If the required settlement rail is underfunded, PredictDog can surface a recovery-needed state.

For the full fee-specific explanation, see Fee FAQ.

Why does Telegram sometimes tell me to use web?

Because some setup, funding, and account-management flows are intentionally web-first.

Why is one venue ready but another is not?

PredictDog supports multiple product rails and venue-specific readiness checks. Being ready for one venue does not guarantee readiness for another.

Why does my balance not match the amount I can spend?

PredictDog can reserve room for fees or settlement requirements, so the practical spendable amount can be smaller than the raw visible balance.

For fee-aware MAX and settlement-rail behavior, see Fee FAQ.

Why does web show more detail than Telegram?

Telegram is designed as the fast companion surface. Web is the main surface for account context, funding, portfolio detail, and richer explanations.
