Connect Telegram And Web

PredictDog's web terminal and Telegram bot are two product surfaces, not two separate accounts.

One current web signal of that shared account model is the settings surface, which shows Telegram binding and notification preferences alongside web-based account controls rather than treating Telegram as a separate account silo.

The intended model

Web is the primary control surface for onboarding, funding, and richer account management.

Telegram is the faster companion surface for:

  • quick checks
  • lightweight trading interaction
  • menu and command-based workflows
  • natural-language requests where supported

What that means in practice

The smoothest user path is:

  1. Create or log into your account on web.
  2. Resolve setup, readiness, and funding there.
  3. Use Telegram for faster interaction afterward.

Why some flows stay separate

PredictDog intentionally avoids turning every connect-specific or Telegram-specific flow into the main web login flow.

That keeps:

  • ordinary login and signup simple
  • connect-specific actions isolated
  • security-sensitive steps easier to reason about

If something feels inconsistent

If Telegram can show a feature but tells you to finish setup on web, that usually means the account identity is fine but the required wallet rail or funding state is not yet ready.

That is a product constraint, not a bug in your account.
